What Kind of Music do You Play When You're Writing?

To all the writers out there, I have this question:  What kind of music do you play when you're writing?
I listen to everything from hip hop and jazz to classic rock, so I've been known to throw on some Sade just to relax while I'm writing a scene.  Depending on the character I'm trying to channel or the scene I'm trying to write I have been known to throw on some AC/DC or some Led Zeppelin.  Are you the type to throw on some Mozart or Bach to get into writing mode?  Or is Jay-Z and Kanye West more your speed?  When you're trying to get some writing done, what kind of music are you playing?

  2. I like to write to Massive Attack's Mezzenine Album. There are so many dimensions in that record. There is music that evokes action, suduction, spirituality, reflection.
